Starting the 2nd quarter of 2025, we proudly launched our new incentive program “Non-Monetary Incentive” for our Credit Management Executives (CMEs). This quarterly initiative serves as an additional recognition on top of the monthly monetary incentives, to appreciate the high performing employees and celebrate their dedication and contributions.
