Manage data from various internal and external sources to be used for business decision making.
Monitor and analyze portfolio performance to be able to recommend and implement strategies to improve collections.
In-depth insights and analysis observing collection trends relating to account segmentation, internal productivity performance, and customer behavior.
Provide group support by preparing daily and monthly portfolio and performance reports in a timely manner to management and all shareholders.
Identify opportunities and develop tools to improve and streamline or automate operations and reporting processes.
Assist in monitoring collection costs and in estimating the monthly, quarterly, and annual budget.
Actively participate and provide support for system build, migration, validation, UAT and enhancements for matters relating to MIS and analytics.
Runs the organization's big data and data science projects in support with Group level initiatives.
Provide MIS support to Business Development team for portfolio purchase pricing and revaluation.
Other ad-hoc analysis and data extraction as required by the business.
Guide and support junior MIS analyst on their tasks.
Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Information Technology, Mathematics, Computer Science, or any related field is required.
5 years of experience as reporting and analytics analyst, or similar field, is required.
Highly experienced in MS Excel, functional competence with other MS office application suite is required.
Experienced in creating and developing MS SQL queries is required.
Power BI and VBA experience is an advantage.
Collections background is an advantage.
Experience in project management, system development support/UAT, Agile, is an advantage.
Must be organized, self-directed, and proactive. Able to perform tasks with minimum supervision. Able to assist and coach peers on their tasks as well.
