  • Regular call monitoring (Inhouse & ECA)
  • Assist Manager on Internal Audit process.
  • Supporting in QA documents regarding SOP as well as Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) documents.
  • Assist Manager on Training materials as per required.
  • Detects broken SOPs, service scripts, skills gaps and address/suggest areas of the improvements.
  • Assess agent behavior, counsel, and coach them to enable knowledge retention, good behaviors & skills practices and reduce negative customer experience.
  • Additional Tasks Ad-hoc projects.
  • Others assigned by Supervisor.

  • At least Bachelor’s Degree
  • At least 1-2 years of work experience as QA
  • Knowledgeable in Collections system
  • Knowledgeable in Quality Assurance Metrics and Best Practices is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of Debt Collection Act is an advantage.
  • Good communication skill (Eng & Thai).
  • Willing to go on-site or travel as needed.
  • Able to use MS Office (Excel, word, PPT).
