Mediator (Secured Portfolio)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist the Manager in all legal section related activities.
  • Able to draft & research.
  • Maintain good order to all correspondences, records and administrative which includes filing and documentation upkeep.
  • Timely legal actions taken on inactive accounts.
  • Assist in drafting correspondences when required.
  • Liaise with External Solicitors on legal actions and advice.
  • To assist in monitor Collection for Performance for Legal Accounts and to seek further direction from Superior on the next course of action.
  • To maximize recovery of collection or settlement.
  • Manage, attend and solve issues encountered by the Collection Unit.
  • To ensure that the Company complies with the statutory requirements.
  • Perform visitation to auction premise/ auction property sites.
  • Perform repossessed vehicles inspection.
  • Strategize to reduce Management Sales portfolio.
  • Ensure formalized empanelment processes for realtors/ auctioneers are followed thru.
  • Ensure review of empaneled auctioneers/ valuers/ realtors for continuing / removal of service.
  • Keeping abreast with properties & vehicles market development at all times.
  • Take additional tasks assigned by the Management from time to time.

Requirements

  • Preferably candidates with a minimum of 1 to 2 years of litigation experience in financial services industry.
  • Possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills with good time management and excellent customer service
  • Fast at learning & picking knowledge with strong analytical skills are beneficial.
