Human Resources Manager (Indonesia)

Job Responsibility:

As HR Manager, you will be tasked to build sound business relationships and drive critical HR programs. You will be the primary HR interface and business partner to key stakeholders for the Commercial operations in Indonesia.

  • Provide both operational and business advisory support.
  • Work in close partnership with internal stakeholders and external service providers to develop, launch and administer programs to meet the complexities of a changing environment, and to meet the dynamic needs of a rapidly growing company.
  • Manage organizational and company culture and nurture a positive working environment.
  • Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
  • Develop and plan manpower resources to meet the operational and succession needs of the company.  Make sound recruitment decisions against business  objectives.
  • Handle compensation and benefits, talent management, training and development etc. by working closely with key stakeholders.
  • Involved in manpower forecasting and budgeting exercise and conduct appropriate reviews to streamline manpower cost.
  • Implement HR processes with regards to daily administration procedures to enhance efficiency.
  • Review and evaluate recommendations for staff movement by assessing team dynamics and staff potential.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Roll out HR initiatives and solutions in alignment with regional HR team and business objectives.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human recourse management.
  • Advocate building a vigilant team through aligning people decisions with core values.
  • Other duties as assigned by the management from time to time.

  • Degree with strong HR generalist background and relevant hands-on experience.
  • A minimum of five (5) years of managerial experience in Human Resources positions partnering with leadership team.
  • In-depth knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  • IT Savvy with hands-on working experience on HR systems and database.
  • Great organizational skills with exceptional follow through and attention to detail.
  • Customer service orientation with a desire to exceed service and experience expectation - ability to meet the needs of, and work with all different types of customers both internal and external.
  • Able to think creatively and work under pressure.
