Credit Management Consultant (Malaysia office)

Provide customer service regarding collection issues, process customer refunds, process and review account adjustments, resolve client discrepancies and short payments.

Responsible for monitoring and maintaining assigned accounts- customer calls, account adjustments, small balance write off, customer reconciliations and processing credit memos.

Adherence to company policies and procedures.

Provide financial planning support to customers.

Demonstrate good customer service skills while initiating outbound calls and receiving inbound calls from customers.

Negotiate account resolution and accurately inputs and documents actions within the collection systems while maintaining company performance and productivity standards.

Contact customers regularly to discover changes in their financial status.

Maintain up-to-date customer contact information in the collections systems.

May be required to support other queues to facilitate teamwork in the department.

Escalate and assist other team members with calls as needed.

Minimum 1 year in collection industry or customer service

Ability to converse in Bahasa Malaysia and English is a must.

Able to speak persuasively and listen critically.
