Assist in answering inbound calls and coordinate with Collection department and outside agencies
Responsible for preparing bill payment voucher and documents related to Collection department or debtor’s requirements including confirmation/notice letters
Prepare and consolidate payments and last activity reports from in-house team and outside agencies on daily/weekly/monthly basis
Support in preparing document in legal process for Collection department and outside agencies. Perform other admin tasks assigned by Manager
Qualifications required: Bachelor's Degree in any related fields, proficiency in MS Office skills (especially in Excel) and able to use office machineries, good command in English, Fast learning and Service minded.
Previous experience in the Collections admin position would be preferred.
