Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.
At least (5) years working experience in Banking or Financial industries.
Preferably Managers specializing in Marketing/Business Development or Financial/ Collections.
Excellent organizational, communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.
Proven ability to negotiate and manage conflict resolution.
Experience with design and implementation of business development strategy.
The ability to self-motivate and motivate a team.
Experience working to and exceeding targets.
